Otter Ways to Deal With COVID-19

A message from Otter Things:

Here at Otter Things, spreading the love and appreciation of otters is a priority for me, but so is the health and well-being of my customers, associates, and community. I am closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). 

In these stressful times, the frolicking nature of an otter can be just what one needs to calm their nerves. I understand that consumers may be facing economic challenges and will choose not to purchase otter wares at this time. I want to graciously thank those who do and appreciate the trust they place in my shop and me. As my mission statement says, I will strive to give you high-quality products and otterly excellent customer service.

Since Otter Things is an online retail shop, the likelihood of the recent viral outbreak disrupting my business is minimal. In the event of any delay in shipment, I will notify my customers immediately. I also want to share the additional actions that I am taking to continue serving you and help protect my work and customer community.

 

The following contains some otter humor to help mitigate the pandemic burdens of recent days. 🙂

 

 

I am reminding others not to panic.

I am taking precautions to keep my environment clean.

I am creating a heightened awareness of personal hygiene.

I am working from home and encourage others to do the same if they can.

I encourage entertaining activities during this time of social distancing.

I am reminding others that we are in this together, and we will get through it.

 

And lastly, let’s not act like animals. Please be kind and take care of yourself and those around you.
