Order Delays for Otter Things

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone that has shown support for my business in this challenging time.

For weeks now, the entire world is adapting to a new economic environment. I use that term, as opposed to “new normal,” because life in an environment ebbs and flows. It has been difficult to deal with the changes, and I’m hoping it’ll be over soon.

As we move forward, I expect fulfillment times to shift like the changing seas, but they will improve with many of the products available at Otter Things. I can provide phone cases and mugs faster than my apparel at this time. My wall art is also available at a faster rate.

I’m staying in touch with my fulfillment partners about fulfillment and shipping delays. Updated information can is available on my shop’s COVID-19 page. Here are the estimates we are currently looking at:

• Pillows: 23-28 business days
• Wall Art: 8-12 business days
• Mugs: 5-7 business days
• Phone Cases: 2-4 business days

I know this isn’t what you guys are used to, so I’m grateful for your patience as you continue coming back to my brand and enjoying my products.

Some good news is, I now have more time to focus on some exciting designs/products than I have in the past. Stay tuned for more additions to my collection!
